High-end production standards
Worked with ETVC on a multi-day shoot in Warsaw. What struck me is the pre-production planning - detailed call sheets, shot lists, everything mapped out before day one. No winging it, no making it up as you go. If you've worked with smaller operations where it's basically chaos with a camera, this is the opposite end of the spectrum. Feels like a proper production company. Rates reflect that too.

True artistic collaboration
What sets ETVC apart is the production quality. The lighting, the sets, the attention to detail - it feels cinematic, not cheap. The director had a clear vision and communicated it well. I also appreciate the 'Artistic Persona' option - I work under a stage name and they handle all the paperwork so my real identity stays completely separate. For someone who does fashion work under their real name, this matters a lot.

Japan trip exceeded expectations
Traveled to Japan for a 2-week project. The logistics were flawless - flight, accommodation, local transport, even pocket money for days off. I spent my free days exploring Shibuya and Harajuku, ate the best ramen of my life. The work itself was efficient - they know exactly what they want so there's no wasted time on set. And they actually pay what they promise, which in this industry is sadly not a given.

Finally a company that takes privacy seriously
I do fashion and commercial work under my real name, so when I started doing this type of content I needed a company where there's zero chance of it ending up on the internet. Did my research, talked to two girls who'd worked with ETVC before, and decided to give it a go. Six months later - nothing has surfaced anywhere. I check regularly. Their distribution is physical only, to a private list in Japan, each copy watermarked. It's not just marketing talk, it actually works. That's the reason I keep coming back.

They actually pay (shocking, I know)
Look, I've been burned before. A company in Prague owed me €3,000 for six months. Another one in Budapest paid half and ghosted. So when ETVC told me about their escrow system I was like 'sure, I'll believe it when I see it.' Well - shoot wrapped on Friday, funds released Monday, in my US account by Wednesday. No follow-up emails, no 'the accountant is on holiday,' no excuses. Just money in the bank. I've done three projects with them since and it's been the same every time. If you've been burned by international payments before, these guys are the real deal.

Brałam udział w dwudniowym projekcie w Krakowie. Dłuższy format niż zwykła sesja - bardziej jak kręcenie krótkiego filmu. Scenariusz, kostiumy, kilka lokalizacji. Wymagające ale fajne doświadczenie, zupełnie inne niż pozowanie do zdjęć. Warunki finansowe na najwyższym poziomie.

Wreszcie ktoś normalny
Pracuję w modelingu od 4 lat i powiem krótko: to jedyna firma gdzie przed sesją nikt nie powiedział "no weź, dasz radę, to tylko chwilka" kiedy nie chciałam czegoś zrobić. Wypełniłam formularz, zaznaczyłam co tak a co nie, i NIKT nawet nie próbował mnie przekonywać do zmiany zdania. Na planie realizator zerknął na mój arkusz, pokiwał głową i pracowaliśmy w ramach tego co zaznaczyłam. Bez dyskusji, bez "a może jednak". Nie wiedziałam że to może tak wyglądać.

東京で10年モデルをしていますが、ここまでタレントの権利を重視するプロダクションは日本では見たことがありません。撮影前のミーティングで、やりたくないことを正直に言ったら、ディレクターが「わかりました、では別のアプローチにしましょう」と即座に対応してくれました。日本の現場では「空気を読め」という無言の圧力がありますが、ここにはそれがない。契約書が日本語で用意されているのも助かります。唯一の不満は、東京オフィスの規模が小さくて予約が取りにくいことくらい。

My 3rd booking, still the gold standard
Right, so this was my third time working with ETVC and honestly the consistency is what gets me. Same level of care whether it's a Tuesday afternoon in Kraków or a weekend shoot. The thing I keep coming back for isn't just the money (though it's very good) - it's that I never leave a session feeling weird about it. I've worked with other companies where you walk out thinking "did I actually agree to that?" Never here. That consent form where you tick exactly what you're OK with beforehand - that's gospel on set. Nobody pushes. Nobody hints. It's refreshing.

初めてのヨーロッパ、心強かった
初めてポーランドに行きました。正直、海外での撮影は怖かったです。でも空港に迎えが来てくれて、ホテルまで送ってもらい、翌日もスタッフが付き添ってくれました。一人で知らない国にいる不安が全くなかった。撮影中も日本語が話せるスタッフがいて、細かいニュアンスまで伝えられました。食事の好みまで事前に聞いてくれて、毎食日本食レストランを予約してくれていたのには感動しました。大阪に帰ってきて友達に話したら「それ本当？」って言われました笑
